Here is a list of the NATO nations for interested applicants. The lore is still a work in process but we will be adding Israel and Australia to the list in 2018/2019. Turkey will be removed, having been coup'd and turned into an anarchist state.
I would also like to note to applicants that we're not looking exclusively for special forces characters and intend to cut back on them outside of leadership roles for obvious reasons.
With that in mind, you're more likely to not have to make cutbacks if you opt for a more conventional or mainstream characters.
